The following names and marks are trademarks or protected intellectual property of Alien Orchestration:

Use of these marks in any form without written authorization from Alien Orchestration is prohibited. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
The orchestration architecture, substrate design, recursive coordination patterns, governance layer protocols, and derivative works developed by or within BlackLabs are owned exclusively by Alien Orchestration. This includes all design patterns, system interfaces, data models, and operational doctrine encoded into any BlackLabs or AO system.
No derivative works may be created from BlackLabs or Alien Orchestration intellectual property without a signed licensing agreement. This restriction applies to software, infrastructure designs, governance frameworks, research outputs, and any system substantially derived from AO architecture.
All client engagements, institutional communications, and portal interactions are strictly confidential. Information shared within BlackLabs client or employee environments is governed by confidentiality obligations that survive the termination of any engagement. Unauthorized disclosure constitutes a material breach.
Access to BlackLabs systems is granted exclusively to authorized individuals. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, reverse engineering, scraping, or automated interrogation of any BlackLabs system is prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable law. We monitor access and retain the right to terminate access without notice.
